Perth

Not much time for writing - Sarah is visiting and so I'm doing some of the Perth things to do list - went up to the Botanical Gardens, went to the WA Art Museum, went to the Centre for Perth Photography. This weekend we'll go to Sculpture by the Sea and Rottnest Island. We also made a mexican dinner for a dozen people and I have been watching DVDs from the library (30Rock, The Killing, No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency, Blood Diamond) and reading. So in all of that, not much time to write - AND - I think this is another big reason - our internet at home consists of using our cel phones as wifi hotspots. I think I spent $30 on internet in the first week. And the library has wifi, but they block a lot of websites. Anyway, I will get back to posting, but for now I'm being a tourist in my new city. Over Eater wkend we are going to drive north to Monkey Mia and Shark's Bay and see stromatolites.
